Home Staging

Outdoor spaces sell property in Florida.

Patios and balconies need TLC too! Simple design elements go a long way. We used three main colors to unify this design. The orange, green and white colors are carried through here.

Cozy places.

A sitting area was created in the corner of this bedroom.

Setting the scene.

A large, dark wood table may look out of place in sunny south Florida. Think of the feeling you are trying to create and change the mood to suit the event. Here a light table cloth, woven rope placemats and the white painted chairs help create the mood. Small elements go a long way.

Everyone understands a “catch-all” room but it doesn’t sell homes.

This “catch-all” room didn’t start off that way. It never does. When selling your home it’s important for the prospective buyer to visualize the space with all the potential it can have. A third room is a bedroom, study, den or office. Our staging professionals helped pack and redecorate, relieving the personal burden of going through each and every item in a time-saving and expedient manner.

Before & After Staging Photo

Staged Bedroom.jpg

Transform an after thought to well thought out.

Using what the client already has is a major part of home staging. Transforming this unused guest bedroom invites someone to want to stay there and shows perspective buyers the potential the space has.

Set small scenes.

By creating little scenes the room stays open and inviting. We used the clients pieces to create this small vingette. No holes in the walls and no additional purchases made. Reuse, rework and renew.

Simplify.

Clean it.

It all begins with a clean slate. By removing all unnecessary products from open shelves and the sink area this bathroom looks clean and uncluttered.

Stage it.

Think of your best hotel stay experience. The towels are fresh and the vanity, floors and bathtub are clean. You expect this and appreciate it. That’s how a prospective buyer wants to see your home. Yes, you may still live there but let them imagine their own personal experience in that space in the future.
